Project Introduction
In response to the business needs and intelligent manufacturing goals of enterprises, Shiji Huayu integrates innovative technologies such as AI, IoT, and big data, connecting enterprise ERP and MES business data systems. Across all links from incoming material warehouses, SMT workshops, assembly workshops, finished product inspection, packaging, and logistics warehousing, and encompassing personnel, machines, materials, methods, and environment, we utilize visual, AGV, RFID, and other advanced sensing technologies. This allows us to aggregate perceived data into the Shiji Huayu intelligent IoT big data platform, continuously empowering various application layers to support enterprises in achieving safety assurance, efficient production, and leading operational transformations and upgrades.

• Personnel Behavior Detection
Real-time capture and intelligent identification are achieved through intelligent vision. Non-standard employee attire and improper operations are detected, with timely reminders and corrections to enable proactive prevention, significantly reducing accident rates and improving product quality.
• Industrial Vision Quality Inspection
Through various intelligent algorithms, solutions are provided for detecting abnormalities such as scratches, chipping, and breakage of LCD panels; missing text or color variations in manuals; precise measurement of workpiece dimensions; and complete packaging and color box inspection. This improves detection efficiency, reduces missed inspections, and prevents quality accidents.
• Workshop Logistics and Transportation
Using AGV robot technology, we offer intelligent transportation solutions for all scenarios, including flexible workstation collaboration, single-machine linkage transportation, production line material collaborative transportation, and precise production line warehousing transportation. These solutions are characterized by high flexibility, efficiency, fault tolerance, and responsiveness, helping enterprises reduce transportation personnel, improve logistics efficiency, reduce material loss, and control quality risks.
• Production Process Traceability
By integrating with various MES systems to optimize scheduling, remote command is enabled. Multiple locations can be viewed simultaneously on a single screen for coordinated command. The platform supports the connection and configuration of multiple systems (in addition to MES, this includes attendance systems, 3D maps, WMS warehousing systems, etc.). Anomalies can be video-recorded for traceability, providing real-time video evidence for quality tracking.

• Pengding Holdings' major manufacturing parks nationwide
Shiji Huayu has built a video network platform, EVS centralized storage, monitoring center screen, and intelligent maintenance system for Pengding Holdings' enterprise parks. This has enabled the networking, unified monitoring, centralized storage, and unified maintenance of over 10,000 video surveillance channels across various factories, safeguarding Pengding Holdings' production and information security. The deployed intelligent access control and visitor systems ensure safe management of Pengding employees and visitors, effectively reducing labor management costs.
