Project Background
School safety is an important part of social security. It directly relates to the safe and healthy growth of adolescent students, the happiness and peace of families, and social stability. As the first line of defense for school safety, school entrances and exits require strict screening and control for all those entering the campus: teachers, students, parents, visitors, couriers, delivery personnel, and vehicles. In principle, all must pass through this security checkpoint.
Statistics from 2019 show that China had 213,800 primary and secondary schools and 266,700 kindergartens. Currently, the vast majority of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens still rely on traditional manual management, resulting in obvious security vulnerabilities, insufficient risk warning capabilities, and imperfect emergency response mechanisms. The construction of a security prevention system for school entrances and exits, further improving local standards for personnel, physical, and technical security in schools, has become a key task for local education and related departments.
Project Introduction
Shiji Huayu's "School and Kindergarten Protection" entrance and exit solution addresses the characteristics of primary and secondary school and kindergarten entrances and exits. Through visitor management systems, attendance and access control, vehicle access management, one-button alarm networking, AR panoramic views, and video structuring, it achieves comprehensive management of personnel, vehicles, and events, building a comprehensive technical security management system for entrances and exits to ensure campus safety.

Based on the scenario of school entrances and exits, fully considering the complexity of school entrance management, and targeting the school's requirements for managing personnel (teachers, students, and outsiders), vehicles (incoming vehicles), and incidents (alarms), it utilizes intelligent identification, deep learning, and AR technologies and products, managed through a unified platform to build a campus entrance and exit security system, strengthening the campus safety net.

The project design closely follows the needs of relevant national departments, guided by the "2019 National Primary and Secondary School and Kindergarten Protection Special Work Plan", aiming to improve campus safety protection and emergency response capabilities, and is meticulously developed based on Shiji Huayu's own technological and experiential accumulation in artificial intelligence, audio and video, and the Internet of Things.
