Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional product knowledge and technical solutions to support the sales team in achieving sales targets;
2. Understand and identify customer technical needs, and provide corresponding solutions and technical advice;
3. Participate in customer needs analysis, solution design, and specific work such as business bidding;
4. Conduct pre-sales technical training and demonstrations on company products and solutions;
5. Assist the sales team in handling difficult technical issues, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience, familiar with sales processes and technical support processes;
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and problems;
4. Passionate about technology, willing to deeply understand and learn new technologies;
